There are some great formulas out there. A Canadian company called Bell's Lifestyles out of ontario has a very safe alternative medicine that has been great for many. It's called Erosyn. Another is "Lady Vigor" from Prairie Naturals. Most health stores will have their favorites in stock. The combinations will usually have various combinations of damiana, muira puama root, bulgarian tribulus, siberian ginseng, wild oat... there are many out there.
