Well yeah since the patent leather has a shiny effect to it you cant wear a plain boring leather belt too. You should wear a patent leather belt too so it could cordinate better!!!!!!!!!!!

It would depend on the outfit. In general, two shiny patent leather items in one outfit is too much. Skip the belt if at all possible and let people's eyes catch your shoes first.

No it would look tacky. Try wearing a slim scarf as a wrap belt.
