ipod video will not update....it has always worked untill last night...now i plug it in...and the autoplay comes up like it should, but then it doest update...and i go to file, and the thing that says "update ipod" is greyed out, and i know it is plugged in becasue the ipod is charging so please help me!

Wow it seems like u may have a serious problem right there! hum...did u brought ur applecare? if u did, use that to call for help. oh n did u open the applecare box? if u did, den cxan u tell me what's inside, cuis im afraid to open minde.

oh... i have had this happen to me before
What I did is closed iTunes and all other programs restarted my computer and it worked just fine
