First stop popping them. Thats what happens when you do that and what you are discribing is the scaring that is left by popping.

What you do about them is find a good clay mask. You don't want anything with scrub in the name or that has any kind of particles that scrub. You want a clay mask that absorbs the oils and tightens pores. Mary Kay, Meril Norman, Almay, St Ives, and Avon all have good ones as Im sure do many of the companies that sell stuff just for men, in case you are a guy.

That will help bring your pores back down to normal while helping to prevent any new ones. You need to use the mask once a week.

First, stop picking them. Second, place a hot, clean wash cloth on the pimple. This will help open your clogged pore and bring the "core" to the surface quicker. This will also help your skin to clear up quicker.

- try hard not to pop your zits, no matter how tempting

- buy a facial scrub to use once a week (to exfoliate and scrub away dead skin), try Biore Pore Minimizing line of products

- use makeup that minimizes pores (Clinique Skin Smoother Pore Minimizing Makeup, Revlon New Complexion Makeup)

- after you put on your foundation, cover it with a light dusting of pressed powder and a light dusting of loose powder to make your face look smooth
