My back isn't hunch over but sometimes I slouch over and I try to sit straight but it doesnt seem to help? My back is just to use to slouching and I don't want my back to become hunch forever. Please help.....

think TALL! always correct yourself if you are slouching, its so much better for you back!

Try yoga and/or pilaties...they help strengthen tiny back muscles that help a lot with posture for sitting down or even walking... also pay attention to the way you sit... and correct yourself if you're slouching!

That happens to me too, but I started doing yoga and pilates and it has helped my posture tremendously. I use the exercises ball that I bought at Marshall's and it comes with a DVD to show you some exercises you can try, its alot of fun and it also helps with your balance and stability. You can also try Winsor Pilates witch is a little more expensive but so worth it. Hope this works for you.

get earth shoes and put your hands behind your back and sit on them, it makes you sit straight (but your hands may fall asleep)

all u can do is try to remember to keep ur back striaght..... my mom does that to/for me.........
