Is it possible to loose 10 pounds in 1 month? Without becoming an anorexic i mean. If it is, can u give me some dieting tips? Serious answers only please.

Oh definitely, thats only 2 1/4 pounds a week, that's a very safe amount.

Just cut back on the fats and sugars and work out 20 minutes every day if you can.

loosing ten pounds in a month is possible but not as healthy as trying to loose weight slowly .. try to take a normal portion o food at dinner time, but leave ten percent on your plate. drink lots of water. and try diet smart, or weight smart vitamins.. keep a record of when you eat, and what you eat.. this reminds you of why you are eating (hungry, bored, with friends).

It can be realistic...depending how hard you try...cut out sugar and salty foods...and drink a lot of water...increase you're daily activity... keep motivated and ten pounds she be gone in no time! but be paitient...some people take longer the others to loose weight...

ya there is some ways
1 you got to go to the gym once in a while
2 you got to eat healthy
3 don't become anorexic

yes it is possible. I'm glad you're not one of those that wants to loose an unrealistic 30, 40, etc.. pounds a month!!

10 pounds is realistic, if you just cut calories, and exercise.
