First, try DeSolvit, a citrus cleaner that is sold at major department stores like Walmart. Let it soak in for a while. Use a partially used scrubby sponge in a circular motion.
Next make a runny paste of Oxyclean, the hydrogen peroxide laundry cleaner. Let that sit on the countertop to bubble out the remaining dirt.
Don't use a sealant on the countertop until the dirt is gone.

I've used a strong mixture of water and bleach on a large old terry cloth tea towel. I would soak the towel and then lay in sections on the counter top and let it sit on each spot for about ten minutes. Make sure you overlap the sections when you do it. It really works, but wear gloves because the mixture is hard on the hands. Oh and I use terry cloth because it has texture and can get into the little groves. Good luck, It's always worked for me. If your worried about using bleach try a little test spot first.

I would try a Mr clean magic eraser. I haven't tried it on what your talking about but it gets the dirt out of the little creases on the fridge.

I use a paste of baking soda(little water) and salt.
The salt is the abrasive to help remove better.
I apply liberally with at tooth brush. Scrubbing
gently. Then I let this sit for an hour or so, then
I take a wet sponge and clean away.
If that does not work, then you can apply Soft Scrub
with bleach, scrub it in, let this sit for an hour also,
then clean up with a wet sponge.
I hope this helps you & works on your problem.

Seems like the grout or creases were painted with a grout paint color. Over time they start to peel and look like leather.
Once removed, clean any dirt and then seal with a grout sealer.

Make a paste of baking soda and peroxide. You may need to let it sit for a bit. The baking soda is non abrasive so it won't scratch the surface. Good luck.
