I know it depends on the location and all that, I just want to know what's the cheapest price to the highest price and the usual price I should be expecting to pay if I was to ever purchase land there (I know it depends on when like the time, just quote me for the rates right now ok).

Thx!

Try looking at rmls.com and click on the land tab. Generally prices per acre for one acre run from 25 - 75K per acre depending on where they are in the state. More acres are usually cheaper per acre, but lots of people want 5 acre lots now so they run almost as much per acre as single acres.

Additional info: Yes, your e-mail does show up now (it really did say unconfirmed - answers glitch I guess....). If you're looking for places around Eugene within driving distance, try either close to Veneta (its to the west of Eugene) or Lowell/Dexter as there are some good finds in these areas.

ask a local agent who specializes in land sales. i live in oregon and just about every good agent is listed on this directory: http://www.realestateforsaleinoregon.net
hopefully that helps ;)
