Google. Just type in the person's name from Google's Start Page and it will list everything that has been published regarding that name. If you know the county or state the person lives in, you can add that to lower the amount of responses. Some counties have their own websites and you can research the public records. It really depends on what type of information you are looking for and how much detail you already have about the person, that will determine where you research.
