I think there should be a law that recquires male dogs wear underwear. Especially the large ones, like Great Danes. It's so gross!

The only reason I can see to tax un-neutered pets would be to help pay for the damage caused by aggressive males and to cover the cost of dealing with unwanted baby animals.
Nothing to be offended about, the sight of some dog danglers swinging in the breeze.

I am all for a Testicle tax but I don't think it should just apply to dogs and their owners. I think human males should have to pay something to their female partners. I love my man and all but they really aren't attractive things to look at. Depending on what you believe they are either God or evolution having a real laugh.

I've never been offended by a dogs bollocks. They sometimes have made threatening gestures, but never a direct offence.
I say, leave the bollocks be. Ball tax is just not on.
