Cancer comes to mind, though Aquarius is open minded and appreciates differences in personality. As a result, I think it is hard to pinpoint any sign that would cause major conflict with Aquarius. Over a long period of time, tension could arise between a Taurus and Aquarius/or Scorpio and Aquarius. Leo could also grate on Aquarius nerves over time, however, if this is corrected due to spiritual knowledge, these matches can be the best & most rewarding for Aquarius.

I am an Aquarius.....and all my best matches have been Leo. Also another good match is another Aquarian....cept when it comes to marriage.
My worst matches are usually Virgo or Capicorn. Specially Virgo.
Gemini is another weak one.

Probably scorpio.
Scorp thinks aquarius has hidden agendas when she has none.
And Aquarius' eclectic electricity disturbs scorpio's need for intensity and privacy.
