I think i would go to the bathroom and puck then I would not eat or drink anything that night and if they said anything I would say I had to appetite.

that is so gross but I would not want to embarrass the host by sides they may not have have any thing to do with it stuff happens and that is that but I would not want some one embarrassing me like that if it was my house my kids sometimes do dishes and once my ex_husbands friends were over and my ex_hubby gave the lady a dirty glass he is very blind some times bad eyes and he wares glasses but she never said any thing but I was still so embarrasses cause i noticed it after she left i mine i was so embarrassed I wish I had seen it when she was there so i could have gotten her a clean glass with out making a big fuss but stuff happens but i am glad I am not married to him any more!!!!

Well i would not drink it if im at a dinner party most likely it isn't a cat hait, however when the waiter came by, i would point it out quietly and ask for another drink, or get up and get myself another drink.... not that big of a deal, if it was at my own house and i seen a cat hair, i would most likely just pull it out and continue drinking my beverage, its not gonna poison me, besides i know my cats clean!! ~Cheers!!~

Scream and slap the glass across the table, rip your pants off and run, hunt down the cat and paddle it with your spoon then have a category 5 diarrhea on the couch.

Hey its extra protein!!! Drink it!!!

J/k, I would switch glasses with my neighbor who probably did that in the first place. So pretty much I would my origional glass of water back. Or I would ask for a beer in a bottle and not have to worry about getting hair in that./

"Bud light please!!!"

formal or informal.
Formal - not drink it and push my food aroung on my plate only eating out of the center of the serving and apologize for not having much of an appetite (if anyone notices).

Informal - get up and pour it out and fixx another one. Depending on the depth of the friendship, may even mention it to them.

Get up go to the kitchen, rinse out the glass and then get myself another drink. -Life's little situations are not that hard to figure out.

I'd very carefully fish it out. I'd make sure nothing else was in it, then I'd guess I'd drink it. A little cat hair never hurt anyone.
