If you own a car you can write to the company, you can also look it up in the library or on Internet all cars are basically same but slightly different.

At most books store they have auto section, you can buy a book call "Chilton's repair manual" this is a book which has specific info on Type of car and the year and model. Dealers will sell you the same type of book but it is more expensive, it is for their trained mechanics. There are other manual also, other then Chilton.

Most cars have Air conditioning and heating systems for summer and winter.

Summer:

Once the car is running you turn an air conditioner, after setting the temperature that you like to have inside the car. The air conditioner provides cold air until the set temperature is reached.

In winter you do the same thing if it is automatic system it will sense the need and turn on the heating system and provide hot air until the require set temperature is reached. The heater is usually part of the blower and it takes hot water from the radiator.
to provide hot air.

In both case blower stays on only hot or cold air is brought in.
