Probably for the same reason that every other kind of milk is white.
You do realize that all milk comes from a breast. Except maybe soya milk.
A cows udder is a breast. As is a goats.

same as any other mlk, milk comes think white some very watery white, milk always comes in white, but in the bebinning of breastfeeding, the milk is clear, for the new born baby to get nutrients, and to get used to being out of he/she moms belly

Milk is white because it contains fat globules and some kind of proteins that deflect light.
Personally I think it should be pink.
