good with them ? what do you mean exactly ? i would think in terms of Massage ok, obviously his big hands would have a large area coverage when he is massaging you. but small arms do have it advantages.
it usually the skills that is involved not the hands. remember the bigger they are the harder they fall.

My b/f's hands are smaller than other men I know, but it seems to make no difference, he is also a drummer and so he can do things with his hands with great rhythm, so I am not complaining.
