You want your cash Quick, but do you want it Legal?
I see four basic needs in the human race today; since no one can escape them, you can take advantage:
1)Food
2)Sex
3)Housing, a roof, home
4)Security, self defense, weaponry

What are you good at? (without all the obvious gross stuff that you could imply here) What do you do well? If you are good in sales, then thats a pretty fast way to raise money and there are TONS of ads in the paper for sales people.
Try negotiating with someone you know or who cares about your situation to do something they dont have time for...millions have been made this way. For instance; if you're not a sales person, get some contracts for cleaning peoples houses...maybe gather peoples old throw away stuff and sell it on eBay...etc etc.

Do the obvious thing: Get a job. Keep at the job until you make enough money. Oh, and don't take shortcuts like "posing for photographers" or "borrow the money from another person". It never ends well with shortcuts.

find a part time job.I know it is hard when you are in college. I have 2 children in college. They both have part time jobs

You should "raise" it, you should EARN it. That can easily be done by getting a part time job.
