Can I export "Paan" or "Bidi" to UK?

Can I carry "Bidis" ( Indian Cigarettes ) while I am flying to UK ? Is is ok to do so? Will they ( UK Customs Officials ) allow me to carry "Paan", "bidis", "Iodex Balm" and "ManekChand Gutkha" to London?

If yes, what quantity should I carry which would not cause any objection to the UK officials once I land in London?
