Not all of us do. Don't assume all liberals believe the same thing

Your question is rather thrilling, yet I doubt which you will get a real answer (or not the genuine answer) from American Muslims. the rustic would be an Islamic state. The Muslim plan is to have it achieved via 2050. i don't think of it is going to take that long. As a Christian Fundie, I do see the writing on the wall. Even the e book of Revelation i think of helps this concept - whilst the full international activates Israel, (Armageddon) what great-skill stands up for, and fights alongside-section Israel? no person. So, the two the U. S. won't exist anymore (Can-Am-Exico?) or the U. S. would be a Muslim u . s . a . then and easily be against Israel.

This Liberal does not. I believe that only American Citizens are entitled to these rights.

I do disagree with you regarding terrorists. The Germans practiced these very same beliefs against countless partisan and resistance groups throughout the countries they occupied. A good example would be the movement of the 2nd SS Das Reich Division from southern France to oppose the Normandy landings. On the way several of their popular officers were brutally murdered by resistance fighters. These veterans of the Eastern Front wiped out the neighboring villages in retaliation. And clearly, the Germans felt the same way about citizens out of uniform attacking them.

I do not for an instance believe we have anything in common with Nazi soldiers. But we have to be careful with how we identify a terrroist.

We are a nation where the Rule of Law prevails. That's is what makes us a great nation. Therefore, we need to define what terrorist are allowed under LAW. I am perfectly fine with the execution of every person proven to be a terrorist, but let them have their day in court. If we don't, then stop wasting our time and ship down to that soccer stadium in Santiago, Chile and just waste them. And stop pretending that we are a democratic minded people.

I guess bottom line, don't tell me it's a war and then tell me the troops on the other side are not POW's.

It is an intense hatred for America, they have immense guilt and angst that we do well while the rest of world lags behind, the hate that we are the only real power and the world.

You see we, America the Free, goes against everything socialists believe in, and do not mistake a dem or lib for anything else, they have a socialist agenda and THEY WILL TAKE DOWN AMERICA given the chance and turn it into a totalitarian socialist country.

It's simply a question of knowing whos side the liberals are on. As always, starting with the old Soviet Union and through today, they always side *against* America. The liberals have never and will never forgive this country for not following the Soviet example and converting to Communism. To them the awful reality is that Soviet Communism fell and America prevailed still free. It's a psychosis with the liberals now. They can't accept it. So their only goal now is to simply destroy America by embracing our enemies at every turn. That's the reality we face.

Fool.

Are you sugesting that we should not promote the ideals of the constitution throughout the world? If so then why are we nation building in Afghanistan and Iraq?

How we treat prisoners of war, terrorists, or any other class of prisoner will directly impact the treatment of future american prisoners of war. That is why we have always upheld the Geneva convention until now. Trust me...we start condoning torture and two things will happen. First, we will have lost the moral high ground that has seperated the US from our enemies. Secondly, Terrorists will have gained legitimate justification for their torture of US and pro-western hostages, because what goes around comes around. Stupid rednecks have trouble concentrating of the potential ramifications of their BIG TALK...of course it is not their butts on the line...perhaps if you watched your son get his head chopped off and then hear the terrorist who did it say "well, since the US is torturing our people why cant we torture theirs..." perhaps you'll understand. Doubt it though, because moral philosophy is not a common subject in the trailer parks.

They have never read and studied the US Constitution
and the public school system is at fault for not making sure that the students understand American History.
I concur with the rest of your statement.

The problem is that all suspects of terrorism can be detained just like that, with no rights to protect them. They can be secretly tortured for years and then appear before a military tribunal and be sentenced to death or years of prison. So imagine, you, who happens to look Arabic and has the wrong stamp in his passport or a wrong kind of friend. Enough to get you abducted and taken all over the world to be humiliated. No-one will believe your story when you re-appear, if you re-appear. For all that matters, you could end up in Guantanamo Bay with ear muffs and dark sunglasses, bitten by dogs. Of course normal American citizens are included, if they are unlucky enough.

We can't put them all under one hat. The ones that think our laws and protections apply to the world are very confused and perhaps a tad arrogant, or is that ignorant? probably both.

The Weak Sisters are too confused to be let out of the house without a minder so don't pay any attention to their wacky ramblings - in the scheme of things, all that noise amounts to nothing. (Which is why they're hanging out on Yahoo Answers instead of getting something productive done.)
