Add your browser to the Startup list that you find in SETTINGS, TASKBAR, ADVANCED. Just drag a program link into the Startup and it will come on.

You said "dialup broadband". I assume you did not really mean that. Broadband is always available and needs no dialup. Just run the browser and it is there.

might want to correctly be an overheating concern. attempt turning it off, unplug & contact the chassis to discharge static. Then brush out the dirt/crud that's in there with a sparkling, unused small paintbrush & blow some thing out with a can of compressed air from the computer save. All computers assemble dirt & fluff, and too a lot can bring about elements overheating & causing it to close down. wish this helps.

couple of options
-on dialer look for "connect automatically" property
-installed a chat program and make it run at startup
then use auto connect there.
-open ie as default -startup, set a default connection in ie.
