Try sticking a couple of spoons in the fridge for about 5-10 min, then lay down on the sofa with the backs of the spoons on your eyes.

put spoons in the freezer for a few minutes, and then place them over your eyes... I know it sounds silly, but the cold helps reduce swelling....

this is from the home remedy book that i have, place teabags that is used on your eyes. ensure that they are drained out from its content after use. this usually works as tea leaves has anti-oxidant and helps reduce puffyness. try black tea as it has the highest in anti-oxident content ! cheers
