At the moment a male victim has to pay his abuser 18 years of 'child support'.

For those who condone rape; just turn it around and say that it should happen to women too. How's it sound now?

Fear does *not* stop an erection, and even if it could then Viagra would leave the man totally at the mercy of his attacker.

If the woman has a gun?

Rape of any kind is already illegal and that includes the rape of a male by a male or female. Rape or is rape no matter who the participants are or how many are involved. Now you have to prove it. Having taken Viagra is not a defense as it shows that you were already planning to engage in sexual activity when you took the drug.

Hmm... If you take a clearly drunk woman home and while she is nearly unconscious you have sex with her. Could that be considered rape assuming she was so inebriated she was unaware of what was happening? Alright back to your question. Yes a woman CAN rape a man and yes it IS illegal (depending on what country you are in (USA). Consider this, I have had a girlfriend wake me (yes alcohol was involved and no Viagra) up only after we had been having sex for some time. If she weren't my girlfriend at the time she would have been raping me...right?

I think that some of the comments that have been made you should ignore because those people are ignorant. Men can be raped and so can women. It is stupid to think that men cannot be raped. Looks has nothing to do with it. I think that if a woman is ugly does not mean that she has the right to rape a man or if a woman is pretty does not mean that she would not do it. Rape is a power issue and the people who do it men and women will do it to either men or women because they can and the like that power feeling. I think that whoever is raped should press charges to their rapist and that rapist (sex does not matter) should be punished. People who think against this are just completely arragont jerks who think the world has no issues.

Rape is not just an issue of sex, it's an issue of power. Power is what rape is really about. It's someone basically saying "I have power over you" with an action. (I'm not going into any more detail than that.)

If this is about the attractive school teacher raping her male students, then yes she should be punished. Any one who does rapes someone should be punished by the full extent of the law and receive extensive psychological therapy.

If this question was about women battering men i would have taken it serious, simply because some women are very aggressive, and violence in any case cannot be justified, but a woman raping a man I'm not totally convinced, but really i don't know about this one, but the law should apply to both male and female equally.

This is the funniest **** i seen in awhile. Why in the world would a woman rape a man? unless she is really gross, she could pick up a guy afterhours at a bar.

How could a woman rape a man? Even if she is twice his size, she'd have a tough time getting on top of him, putting it in, and getting buisness done. Or maybe chaining him to a bed or something, but why would he be in her room in the first place?

A woman holding a guy at gun point? For petes sakes man!

There have been very few cases of a man being sexually harassed by a girl, but rape? name one case and how she possibly did it.

Please tell me how this is physically possible. I was not aware of the situation where guys were being surreptiously drugged with Viagra and women humping them with a gun to their head.

Or maybe it is the problem in Omah you are referring to. The deal where a bunch of lady cornhuskers put on their straps ons and....
