my motherboard is a -NEC INT. SiS651 1.x - which is AGP x4. could someone tell me what the best Grafix card would be for it?
Would any AGP x8 card work, I know that some times there may be issues with voltages.

i have just built a system with a old sis730 motherboard with a x4 agp slot and i used a geforce 6200 which worked brilliantly
luckily the agp cards you need(x2,x4,)is one of the cheapest parts of the graphic card market,and you can buy cards from £14 for a ati radeon 7000(64mb) to £350 for a geforce 6800gt,but if you are going to spend that much on a card you may as well change to pci-express
agp cards are similar to memory,backwards compatible,so if you bought a agp x 8 card it would work,but only to the limitations of your motherboard ,but that means that when you upgrade your motherboard you wont have to buy a new card as you will allready have one
for some brilliant cheap agp cards why not try the radeon,s 9250,9550,x800gto and the geforce fx5200,5500 and the geforce 6 series
