Depending on what e-mail client you are using, just to the the options / settings and you should see 'Signatures' some where. For instance, in Outlook, it would be under Tools > Options, go to the second tab, and near the end of the dialog box you would see where you can add signatures.

click on options at top right of mail page ...on the next page you can see where to change the signature

Okay, first you go up to the tab that says mail and go down to where it says options. Under the management header, there is a link that says signiture and if you click on that, you can change it. Good luck.
