at 15 years old you are the size you should be, remember you still have a few years left to grow

well dude i'm 13 and i ahve a 6 and a half incher and a 7 incher when i'm really erect so you must be a super late bloomer but don't worry about it

It's just fine. Just learn how to use it correctly and all will be ok. What you have is all you will every get as there is nothing to make it bigger.
