you need to calculate the amount of water that moves through the pipe and install a drywell to handle that amount of water.
then you can bury the pipe. or if you have a hill you can bury 4" pvc and run it to daylight away from the house.

did it die? Its against the law here to have them in ground. we have to have them drain above ground away from the house or building. In ground fills the sewers faster and causes flooding of the basements. Check your code in your area
