I think you mean pneumonia, which is a respiratory infection with fluid in the lungs.

Pneumonia is a respiratory infection usually characterized by shortness of breath, dark yellow to green phlem (snot) and low grade fever, can cause chest tightness or pain, sometimes vomiting as well. If you have these symptoms see your GP or go to the Emergency room.
No it has nothing to do with the smell of your urine as someone above suggested.

Well one way to tell is by your urine, it smells like ammonia, it usually means your not getting enough fluids usually water. When you get dehydrated your body its get way acidic. and you can tell by the color and smell of your urine.. Its dark yellow most of the time and very strong ammonia smell.. Drink LOTS of water. your urine should get pale yellow in color and the ammonia smell will be considerably less.
