There s so much politics in Balaji Telefilms. I was working with Balaji and i left. I would suggest youngsters as even i m a youngster not to enter Balaji. Its a deep shallow u will never come out.I had done 4 serials ( small roles ) . and no signs of big roles.
Auditions at Balaji are taken from 12 AM to !2 PM.And the artists are finalised before hand. believe me, nothing is in hand of Production Managers , Directors... as I was working in Balaji. Final touch is given by EKTA KAPOOR , who is not present in auditions .... that means Auditions r for Timepass. u can take the example of Kyunki... All new faces were supposed to be launched .... and who is AMIT TANDON.....(Prithivi) of Kaisa yeh pyar hai. Its a Disaster . daily 1000 persons come to register and they chage Rs 1500/- as registration , and believe me once u r registered and just keep on waiting for their call which will never come. If u call in office(022-26732419) their ans: " Kuch hoga to batan Denge".

Balaji n Ekta Kapoor is a crap. We dont c their teleserieal. So much rubbish is thier. What these serials have given to the society, just tension. These serials has created rift in the famiies.
I dont like balaji n Ekta Kapoor alike. Moti.

Well it seems like u didnt get what u expected...But not every 1 can have it all....However I do agree on the 'Disaster' thing as far as the story goes of any serial...Cant belive how she keeps repeating the same thing & people keep watching like Mindless Zombies...Anyways Good luck 4 ur auditions...

i agree with a little but how one can pass ones time when there is no other thing to do. At my house everybody watches K series
and so i've to do the samething.But many of these serials r not that boring and as far as your prob is concerned why don't try for any other production and show them how well u r at your job only they will hire

Did it occur to you that you might not be 'lead' material. if all 1.1 billion of us were the 'leads' who would watch.

you may be right dear... but we have to accept that ekta is shining like sun.... its tough to learn politics and play politics.. i firmly think ekta should join indian politics she will be quite successful.
