That foolish statement proves that you wouldn't know truth. Just like other libs, you put hate before common sense.

But, if we don't have the FCC, our children will be subject to cruel and inhumane images, every station would become a Late Night CineMax, a HBO, a BET!

Our government is set up the way it is for a reason; to keep people under THEIR wraps. It's almost as bad as a dictatorship, the US is, with our presidents being puppets and the USGov pretty much doing whatever it pleases, especially misinforming.
Too bad it's probably not going to change anytime soon, either.

Good question but not one which most of us have been conditioned to to feel uncomfortable about. You have neatly avoided accusations of anti-Semitism by qualifying those who clearly exert undue influence on the content and create political bias in mainstream media as 'Zionists' - but unfortunately this makes your question seem biased in itself and ignores the fact that our own governments make use of propaganda for issues unrelated to the Zionist cause.

'Democratic' governments have long been aware that control of their electors can be steered my manufacturing consent and this has been the subject of serious study from many and comment by people like Edward S. Herman and Noam Chomsky.

Unfortunately we are left to discern the truth on our own by sifting through as many source as possible, questioning everything, and testing our conclusions empirically. .
