So why DO they make men's casual shirts with a button at the very top of the collar, since there's basically no situation where it's fashionable to have your shirt buttoned all the way up? Dress shirts are a different matter, since you're supposed to wear a tie with it. But I'm talking about T-shirts, polos, rugby shirts, cardigans, etc. Why bother to put the top button on when it never gets used?

Some cholo gang bangers button shirts up to the top, so do nerds. Just becasue you don't know folks that do doesn't mean that folks don't.
