I'm from Pittsburgh, and people aren't too worried about fashion. Seriously, in Pittsburgh you could get away with acid washed jeans and a mullet, and as long as you come in and say, "I've missed yinz guys!" you'll be fine.
So in Pittsburgh, white's fine.
Um, of course, no hate to my city. I love it there.

THere is no such rule about white anymore. What not to wear uses that exact issue in the opening sequence of the show.

yes you can wear white anytime of the year as long as your pair it with something heavier that looks more like fall attire. just no white from head to toe!

Try "Winter white" a.k.a. cream/ecru/off-white. It's still white, but not glaringly so...very classy!
