judging from your question, how big does your boobs varies ? if it your left side a A cup and your right side a D cup. WOAH .. you have a problem there! do consult a doctor. but if its not the case as its not unusual to have breast slightly larger than the other, if you notice your arms, one is usually bigger than the other, look into the mirror look at your eyes.. one is bigger than the other.. so this applies to the breast also, so dont worry be happy,
but if in doubt do consult your doctor.

most women have this. espcially if your still young and havnt developed all the way. Not to worry it will even out soon enough. If you are older and have it this is also common. Just buy a bra that hides it (like some kind of pushup bra)
