If you can find the Clipper Gear Cell Phone Emergency Battery Recharger you should be able to save the day. It's a device that has interchangeable adapters to fit most cell phones. If your mobile phone's battery dies while you're away from your charger, this recharger transfers the power from a set of AAA batteries into your cell phone, getting you back on the air again. The unit runs around ten bucks, but you may have to add your cell phone's adapter cost for another $1.50.

Here's a site that sells them online. There is a $2.50 shipping charge:

PS Don't use RECHARGEABLE batteries with this device, use alkaline instead.

For around $50 you can get a radio that recharges your cell phone too. Info about that device is at

Good luck. Hope this info helps.

Check at your local Fry's store and see if they have a battery backup pack for your type of phone.
