Can someone tell me how to set up the little chat box that appears on the bottom left corner. I'm with BT

I have a little box that appears on the bottom left of my screen whenever I click on my web friends name How can I set it up my side so that I can chat directly. Also it can telephone via your pc/laptop does anyone know if these calls are chargeable.

Do you mean your BT Yahoo instant messenger? If you just click your sidebar button (top right hand side of your screen) Then click on the tab that says messenger - click on the person's name that you want to chat to and voila instant messaging. You can make calls via through your computer using this and no, it isn't a separate charge but you are using the internet so depending on how your internet usage is charged you may be paying for it.
