I am searching for a poem which to the best of my knowledge is called the flower of old England.?

Which I think was written about Jane seymour.
Can some please tell me the authir and where I might find a copy of it online.

It is an ancient ballad and the author appears to be that well known poet Anon.

I'M sorry i dont know how to paste links yet,so not sure if this one will work! but you should be able to find it. it refers to a jane, but not jane seymour, still worth a look.
