New Super Mario Bros. is good, so is Animal Crossing: Wild World. Metroid Prime Hunters is o.k if you dan't mind having a 10 year old boy playing a game in which you have to shoot aliens... Tetris DS, I wouldn't recommend for someone that age, unless he likes puzzle games. That's pretty much all the games I have/played. Hope this helps! =)

Metroid prime is WAY too hard for a 10 year old, I would suggest New super mario bros.

metroid is a bit old for a 10 year old. wario ware would be very good. it's full of minigames which dont last over about 8 seconds. and it makes full use of the microphone and touchpad, having you blow into it, turn taps off and swat flies etc. im sure that he would enjoy it alot, and would be unlikely to get bored easily.
