eat fruits and vegetables, eat loads of proteins like: nuts, beans, turkey, but don't eat more than one serving of each, which is like 3 tablespoons of nuts or beans, don't eat the nuts more than twice a day, exercise for an hour at least 5 times a week, drink nothing but water water water, stay away from sodas and stay away from juices that contain "high fructose corn syrup" stay away from really fatty and carby foods like pastas and breads and all desserts, if you want a little snack try eating a Granny Smith apple or a few pretzels cheese is low carb high protein food but you have to eat it in very small portions, like two slices of a cheese a day but not on the same day as you ate the peanuts, but i'm sure you get what i mean, if you eat at Subway try getting a vegetable sub or a turkey sub or even the chicken breast sub but don't get any mayo, cheese, the little sauces that come with it, don't put any of that stuff on there just get the vegetable toppings, oh and also don't eat food that have more than 35 calories from fat not calories but calories from fat, and don't take any diet pills because they'll only disappoint you, you may not see results after the first week or two but don't worry your body is just getting use to the new diet and don't worry, it works, because i'm doing this and i've lost 40lbs in three months.
This may seem a little gay but there are creams to get rid of the stretch marks like Palmer's Cocoa Butter and there are other products that don't have a smell to them, you can find it right in Walmart and real cheap but Palmer's is the best, it may take time to see results with it but make sure you use it EVERYDAY.
Goodluck to you and keep the faith! :)

1. Talk with your doctor and your parents about a weight loss program. It took years (probably) to put it on; it'll take years to take it off. Your doctor should be able to help you work out a plan to lose the weight gradually.
Depending on what is recommended, you should start a walking program such as aerobics. This is fairly low-impact and a mile or two every day will have accumulative benefits. Some basic calisthenics will help with the skin recovering its elasticity.
Stop drinking carbonated beverages and cut down on fast foods and fast snacks. These add calories without any nutrition. Shift to veggies, fruit and materials made with whole grains. These are high in nutrition.
Also review your eating habits. A simple thing such as not eating starting two hours before sleeping can allow the body to fully digest what it has and provide you with restful sleep.
Good luck!

Work out and eat healthy food. Don't turn to fad diets or diet pills; they rarely work, and if they do work, it's only for a temporary time and the fat comes right back. Unfortunately, your stretch marks are going to stay, unless you have surgery to remove them. They will fade over time, and become less visible.
Good luck.
