it has become really rough since there changed the B Laws this year...

I believe that means that the case was dismissed with prejudice and you will have to wait 180 days(5 months) to reapply.

they dismissed my friends case and he had to refile and will have a new hearing in october. this is michigan. each state may have its own rules. call any bankruptcy atty in the yellow pages. they will tell you for sure.
