About Tire Pressure.
When the air pressure is too low the result will be:
-Poor gas mileage
-Premature wear on the outside of all four tires
When the air pressure is too high the result will be:
-Premature wear in the middle of all four tires
-Poor contact patch on all four tires. This could be really bad in
the rain
Solution: Find a small, local tire shop that is conveinent for you to stop and get your air pressure checked every four weeks. I suggested a small shop so you can be in and out of there in 5 minutes or less. If you go to a large retailer you can expect to be there for half an hour.

When you have high pressure in tire will cause uneven wear to your tire mostly the center part. You should inflated to manufacturer spec. If you can not find one you can the max pressure spec for the tire on the side wall.

Yes. See, as the tire rolls on the surface of the ground, you have friction. The friction from the road causes heat and the tire itself heats up. When the tire heats up, so does the air inside leading to the expansion of the gas. Too much expansion and the tire explodes. The pps should be written on your tires exterior. Check it...it should be somewhere in the 30's depending on the automobile.

yes it could cause a blow out , and it will wear your tires unevenly ck tire pressure every 30 days maintain at the amount on the car or in the owners manual do not use the air gages at the gas stations they are not accurate .buy a dial style gage at a auto parts store , treat it like a fine tool , do not drop etc

Yes, high pressure is just as bad as low pressure because it could damage the rims and wear the tires unevenly. They could also blow out when they do wear out on one side.

It depends on how high. Hi pressure tends to show wear on the centre of the tires.

Yes, because now you not getting optimal gas mileage (we know how important that is getting now), the wear of the tires will not be even, and you will have a rougher ride. On the side of tire will be the tire manufactures recommended tire psi. Depending on your car and size of tire, it will be any where from 30-44psi....but check, don't guess.

High or low pressure is equally incorrect. Car mfgs. dictate air pressure.DO NOT FILL TO SIDEWALL MAX LEVEL. Read car manual or sticker in car (door,glove-box,gas cover, trunk, etc.) Incorrect pressure leads to bad wear and improper handling of you vehicle.

Yes, the could pop while you are driving. This has happened to my boyfriend before. You need to buy a gauge that tells you when the pressure is good. Or ask a professional to help you, theyd probably do it for free!

The chance of a blow out increases. Tread wear will be more in the center of the tread. You will get slightly better gas mileage. A few pounds plus or minus doesn't make a whole lot of difference.
