I really like this boy. We became like best friends. But he do not want to be my boy friend, as he says that best friends cannot be boy friends.
Is that true and what should i do?

A best friend can become a boyfriend BUT...
if that doesn't last, you can never go back to the same wonderful relationship of "best friend". He seems to treasure you and want to keep you as his friend. Your best bet is to find someone else to date.

My best friend became my man for 6yrs now. However, guys that were my friends before we thought about dating and decided that we were better off as friends. We both felt the same way about it we didnt want to ruin our friendship by getting together then brekaing up later and never being friends again. The reason to acception with the man I am with now is that there was so much chemistry between us that we couldnt keep it inside anymore. However, this was mutual thing between the both of us. So yeah your best friend can become your boyrfriend but I think it only if you both agree to it. Dont be offended by this boy now he is only looking out for the both of and it was meant to be for you two to be a couple it will happen eventually but dont pressure him into because it will end in a breakup and then the both of will regret it. Maybe he really likes you as a person but doesn't fancy you. I've stayed very good friends with a guy for 38 years - when we were much younger he wanted us to be an item but I refused as I knew that a break-up would lose me my best friend. I think I was right too.

Yes, why not? if love is in the air... its possible. But its just too hard to say since you are afraid maybe your bestfriend might not like the idea. But if you like him or her, it is best to show your feelings and all, at least you wont regret it when its too late that both of you love each other but just didnt say it.

yeah y not, he knows almost everything about u b/c of ur friendship and if u 2 have chemistry then u could take it further that happens alot with guy/girl relationships.

I dont think its bad...instead its really gud atleatsu know each other well...u knwo each others dislikes n likes.....n even u have faith on urselves...n even u both trust each other..so thrs hardly nething wrong!
