People all over the world use American banks, American credit cards, American internet service providers, American design engineers, American managers, American coffee shops, American hotel chains and American airlines. We (non-Yanks) also attend American-run workshops and conferences, buy American books, and love visiting America for sightseeing, friendship, casinos, Disneyland, skiing, golf, and to do business.

So what's the problem?
