In a mobile home, there is usually only one shut off for the whole house. It's on the main water line coming into the building (under the house somewhere).

If you want a separate shutoff for each bathroom, you'll have to get them installed.

Edit-It's not a big cost, about an hour's worth of work for a plumber ($50-60).

if you don't have a valve isolating that area then you need to turn off the main supply and find the feed lines Hot and Cold for that bathroom. Then you will need to install valves in each of those lines. Keep the valves on OFF and turn you main line back on.

There should be a valve under the sink and/or behind the toilet

isn't there a lock-off valve especially for the toilet, if not it'll have to be for the whole house.

If you don't have a leader valve under that bathroom, you'll have to buy the parts and make one for yourself or hire a plumber to do it for you.
