Within the confines of a joke, he'd be the one still dressed, not being able to see, he would still have his clothes on. But realistically, I imagine he would be told ("psst, hey buddy, this is a nudist colony"), not to mention in this current climate of political correctness, the sign at the entrance would probably have relevant info in braille.

No, because you wouldn't catch ME in a nudist colony.
Now, if he was a blind nudist, he would probably still be caring a cane or being led around by a dog.
