Try different search engine's options, like MetaCrawler, and Yahoo's photo directory, or Google's "I'm feeling Lucky". some have sub-directories within them that can help you narrow your search. Some colleges or other clinics post these types of videos or directives on how to do as you are asking for patients on their curriculum websites. Do a search using specific things you are looking for, under all searches, especially on search engines that are multi-teared, or check your local library that has a video or other media room collection. But, I would start on the Internet, and then check the reference desk at the library. Well, perhaps call the library; they may direct you to more specific ways to search.

I used to have several medical videos, detailing young girls receiving their first pelvic examination. They were lovely, but my wife made me throw them out.

My university, through your i.d. and password, has a large number of those kind of videos. If you're still in school, check your school's library.
