I have a friend who needs someone who speaks both Cambodian and English.

Has anyone ever seen a Cambodian attend Medical School? Aren't most Cambodians in the US impoverished?

A lot of the health care organizations list the languages that each of their doctors speaks. That is an easy way to spot one. You might also try calling Cambodian community organizations in your area. They probably have a list that could help you.
