How on disc are we supposed to answer that? There are too many... If pushed, Nanny Ogg or Granny would be high up the list, although the Nac Mac Feegle give them a good run for their money (SCRIVENS!). As for favourite book, again too many... Witches Abroad for the scenes with Greebo as a human possibly, or Wintersmith. I don't know about Wintersmith yet, 'cos Amazon only delivered it this morning and I'm at work all day today...

I think Commander Vimes is my favourite character and my favourite book is probably Soul Music.
I do enjoy all the Witches & Watch books, I'm not really into the Rincewind books though. Looking forward to reading Wintersmith when I get paid!

Jingo is my favourite book because I found it really thought provoking, memorable and quotable as well as great fun to read. As a terrible pessimist and arguer myself I have two favourite characters-Sam Vimes and Granny Weatherwax, because I understand where they come from and they are very sympathetically drawn. There are loads of others I love too, especially in the watch, but those are my very favourites.

My favourite book has to be Lords and Ladies. Pratchett's elves are fantastic inventions - as are the Nac Mac Feegle. My favourite character, though, is Wee Mad Arthur (he's in Feet of Clay, among other books).

It's a toss-up (ooer!) between Reaper Man and Mort - best Character: C.M.O.T Dibbler made me smile but Death...top fellow.

I think Small Gods is the best crafted, I like the Witches series the best, and my favorite character is a toss up between Granny Weatherwax and Susan.
