I'm interested in a Phd from some reputed college of USA. Scholarship and Financial aid is essential.

According to the U.S.News and World Report annual college rankings, the best programs for Microbiology are Stanford, Harvard, and U Wisconsin-Madison. Harvard has the best financial aid, and Wisconsin would be really expensive if you don't live there. So try Harvard.
