Ok, to start with I am a cannabis consumer for its medicinal use.
But for every ounce of it, I am forced to pay $110.00. I am curious to know if it is safe to order seeds from Cannabis Seed Banks.
And if not, what would the repercusians for placing the order be?

Send for some fine Dutch seeds from "High Times". Have them sent to a blind mail box. If you get caught, tell them you forgot that you had sent for them.

Currently, they only confiscate the seeds, but they CAN arrest you on federal charges bacause you are using the US mail to import a banned substance. Best bet, if you can, drive to Canada. If you live in the states,I wouldn't try it, at least mailed. If you can go pick it up. If it's out of the states don't bother. It will never get through the security of the post office, or airport.

If it's for medicinal use, it comes in pill form as a medicine, and is called marinol.
