I'm going to a concert tonight (Tool), Should I wear my Tool shirt? or is that tacky?
(this is my first concert, so I honestly don't know)

Would be tacky going to Slayer in a Kylie t-shirt but theres nothing at all wrong with wearing a shirt of the band you are going to see.

I wouldn't but then they do sell the shirts at the concert too. I don't think there is anything wrong with it. But I saw this funny movie one time called "PCU" and I think the actors name was Jeremy Piven(he is now on that show Entourage) said in the movie to his friend that was going to a concert and wearing the shirt of the band he was to see and said, "Your wearing the shirt of the band your going to see? Don't be that guy" Awesome movie.
Have fun at your concert. My friend went to see them and said they were awesome. He was in DC.

Yeah, there's some "unsaid rule" about wearing the bands t-shirt at the concert. It's like, you're trying too hard.
Wear something simple, if you're gonna be down front, you're gonna get roughed up a bit.

wear what u want 2 wear 4get what others say and noooooooo that's not tacky, because if i was going 2 that concert and i had a shirt like that then i would wear it, 2 be honest....... and i know how it feels 2 go 2 your first concert, because i remember my first time going!!!!!! well anyways its not tacky!!!!!!!

Yes, it's kinda tacky.. I would try something else! Sometimes it's OK, but most of the people that do are the crazy ones... lol

they say that wearing the band tee is tacky but if u want to then go ahead, its totally up to you.

no way. my band loves it when fans wear our tees. it's a show of support. wear the shirt.
