The best way for me and hopefully this will help you is to wash your face twice a day with gentle but good cleaning agents like oatmeal or clean and clears cleanser for sensitive skin. Eat plenty of fresh vegtables and fruits and most importantly drink 8 8 ounce cups of water a day... plenty of rest and exercise... that should pretty much do it but this also means to avoid excess in meat, candies and other fatty foods.. hope this helps.

Exercise regularly to improve blood flow and new cell production. Drink lots of fluids, eat fresh organic veg and fruit, go to bed before 11pm 5 nights a week, use a gentle exfoliate, never use soap, laugh a lot and smile, try not to smoke and get plenty of fresh air and moisturise morning noon and night make sure you defecate every day too. If you do all of the above the last comment will happen and the body will have loads of energy so you can start at the top again. Regular sex if you are over 16 guarantees a glowing skin too!

The best way to have a glowing and fresh skin is to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, drink at least 2 liters of water a day, do a lot of exercise, avoid excessive sunshine, and putting lotion when you have dry skin, and dont exceed
taking a shower. Some dermatologists say it would be enough to take a shower every second day, to avoid the skin to become dry.
Try using Aloe Vera, it helps.

Exfoliate, you need to take off the dead layers of skin in order to get glowing.
If you are over 30 you may want to consider asking your doctor for a prescription for Retin A. It peels the Dead skin off gently.
And drink lots of water, its great for the skin.

A study showed that people who eat lots of fruits, vegetables, white meat and drank lots of water had smooth, glowing skin in old age compared to those who ate full-fat dairy produce and red meat. Those people were wrinkly. But that's in the long term - very long.

Use the LIz Earle regime of cleanse and polish. She has tens of thousands of satisfied customers. She developed the range because she had eczema but now her skin is beautiful. I would not use anything else. Available from her shop on the Isle of Wight or on QVC.All her products are plant based with no chemicals etc.
