What should I do if I got a payroll check but it is still with me more than 3 months? Can I still cash it?

If it has no expire dates...

if there is no expiration date, then you should be able to cash it.

Take it to your bank and ask. If it has no expiration date on it, it'll very possibly be good for a total of six months. After than, most banks won't cash it and you'd have to request a replacement from the issuer.
